OK, here we go again. I just finished going through a long
process w/ you people about late fees and whatnot. I
thought we had this 'fees' thing taken care of, you guys
even transfered 39.00 to my cardxxxx, but what do I
find now? That I have a $1 balance on my other one. FOR WHAT? I
paid it off already! This has to stop, I just paid it and
this card had better remain at a $0 balance unless or
until I use it again. I am sick to death of all these
little charges, if this happens again, then why don't we
just cancel the card, because I'm tired of being nickle
and dimed like this. I await your response/excuse w/
baited breath.

Thanks for the credit, I thought 39 clams was a bit
excessive, obviously. But I paid the late fee yesterday,
can't you guys recredit my checking acct which I used to
pay the charge?
Our records indicate that a late payment fee of $39.00 was
billed to your account, because a minimum payment of
$10.00 on your account was not received by the due date of
12/18/20--. We received your payment of $499.00 on
12/21/20-- which was past the due date.
So, am I to understand that if I pay the $56.69 balance, i
WILL then have a balance of ZERO? I'm not paying this to
just turn around and have even more of these ridiculous
charges. $39!! are you kidding me?! Absolutely
outrageous...
